Terms and Conditions for Booking Cradle Mountain Canyons Tours
All Cradle Mountain Canyons customers must complete a waiver of liability form before coming on any tour. Cradle Mountain Canyons reserves the right to refuse to take any person on a tour based on an assessment of their physical fitness. However, we offer trips designed to cater for a range of abilities and ages. Please call 1300 032 384 if you have any concerns or questions about which of our trips would best suit you.
Participants on the Swiftwater Awareness for Canyoners course need prior canyoninig experience.
Please let us know if you have any preexisting injuries or medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate on a tour. If you need to bring medications with you, we can carry them in our waterproof first aid kit.
Please also let us know if you have any dietary requirements if you are coming on the Dove Canyon tour.
National Parks fees are not included in your ticket price. Please purchase passes before coming on a tour.
Cancellation Policy:
For canyoning and kayak tours:
Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. 100% refunds available more than seven days.
For multi-day trips and courses including Packrafting and Swift Water Awareness:
Cancellations less than 30 days incur a 100% cancellation fee. 50% refund for cancellations made 30 to 60 days of booking. 100% refund if cancellation is made with more than 60 days notice.
For canyoning tours, we will provide 100% refund for COVID related cancellations (e.g. border closures) even if last minute.
For multi-day trips and courses, we provide a credit that lasts three years for COVID related cancellations, even if made last minute.
If coming from outside Tasmania, participants need travel insurance that covers the sport they are participating in and evacuation by helicopter.
Cradle Mountain Canyons reserves the right to cancel any tours at any time due to unsafe weather conditions. In this case, customers will be given the choice of an alternate tour or a full refund.
Security:
Cradle Mountain Canyons PTY LTD takes all reasonable precautions possible to secure your credit card details and to protect that information from misuse or loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. We do not share this information with any third party and we will not identify your credit card details to any organisation or individual other than the clearance organisation.
Privacy:
Your details will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided them and will not be distributed to others. We will not disclose individually identifiable information to any third party for any purposes. This means that your e-mail address, your name and any other personal details you may provide will not be passed on or sold to any company for any reason.
Cradle Mountain Canyons PTY LTD may share general information about our customers with third parties, however this data will be collated into aggregate totals and will not contain details which could help identify specific individuals.
